The toolkit aims to be a clear, easy-to-use and practical resource to support local authorities (LAs) and registered social landlords (RSLs) in improving their sheltered housing provision. It doesn’t aim to provide the answers, but rather aims to help providers to ask themselves the right questions, to share examples on what’s worked for others and to sign-post to further advice and information.
