This Policy Mapping Tool maps the legislative levers for collaboration from the Social Services Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, the Well-being of Future Generations Act 2015 and the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act January 2016. It identifies the key responsibilities for partners and highlights the areas where education, health, social care and housing must work together to satisfy legal requirements and achieve well-being outcomes.
